Overgrown beds out, fresh sod down

The plantings had gotten ahead of this hilltop house, so the crew pulled every one of them. The beds are cleared to the soil and new sod is already down on the side yard.

A gate built from bare lumber

Built out of bare framing lumber and hung on heavy strap hinges. The paint came after, so the gate matches the fence instead of standing out from it.
